This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or ask us for a team plan, project quote, or a call, and what we do with it. It applies to the landing site at go.eternaindonesia.com and the main site at eternaindonesia.com (together, the "Site").
Eterna builds and manages offshore (Indonesian) solar back-office teams for US solar installers and EPCs, and takes on one-off projects like CAD plan sets, IT builds, and data cleanup. When you fill out a form on the Site, you are asking us to prepare a plan or quote and get in touch. This policy covers that.

When you submit a form or take the short planning quiz on the Site, we collect:
You choose what to send us. If you leave the optional fields blank, we work with what you give us.
If you check the box to receive text messages, we record that you consented and the date and time you did so. We keep this so we can show that any future texts were sent with your permission. See Section 8 (Text messages) for how this works.
When you browse the Site, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, how you scroll and move through a page, referring URLs, and rough location (country/region) inferred from your IP. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — see the next section.

Eterna operates from Indonesia, and this law applies to how we handle your personal data. We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or opt in to texts) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you started. As the controller, we are responsible for processing your data lawfully, keeping it accurate and secure, using it only for the purposes above, and telling you (and the authorities where required) if a data breach affects you. To use any of these rights, email grow@eternaindonesia.com.
Most of our clients and prospects are in the US. Two US rules shape how we contact you:
Depending on your US state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Email us and we will honor applicable state rights. We do not sell personal information.
Our service is aimed at US solar companies, and we do not target the EU or UK. If you visit from the EU or UK, the GDPR/UK GDPR applies to you and you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise them.
We share your information only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's advertising. Our main providers ("processors / sub-processors") are:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Eterna is based in Indonesia and most of our clients are in the United States, so your information is processed in both the United States and Indonesia, and by the providers above wherever they operate. If you are outside these countries, submitting the form means your data will be transferred to and processed there, under this policy. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for cross-border transfers.
See Section 5 (United States) for the full detail. In short: we only text you if you opted in, we log the consent with a timestamp, no texts are sent until a registered 10DLC number is live, you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and SMS is never required to work with us. Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep the information you submit for as long as we are in contact about your request and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain our business records and follow up. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so unless we are required to keep some of it (for example, proof of SMS consent, or records the law requires us to retain). Analytics data is retained according to the settings and standard retention periods of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
We use reputable providers (Google, Microsoft) with encryption in transit, and we limit who on our team can see your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data, and if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires.
The Site and our services are for businesses and the people who run them. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child gave us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and post the new version at this URL: https://go.eternaindonesia.com/privacy. If the change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let affected people know.
